Where can I find polo shirts without a logo, in girly colors and shapes?

My daughter's public school is requiring uniforms, but will allow any solid color, collared shirts. I have found four shirts at Wal-mart that have cap sleeves, ruching at the placket, and a less baggy shape. They came in red, white, black, and light pink. I really want to find something in hot pink/magenta, and shades of purple (especially something other than royal purple). My daughter is almost seven, so nothing from the junior/adult sections will work. I want her to have a few pieces that will express the girly girl she is.
The hardest part is finding something in a cool color, but without the logo. Any ideas? Also, the fact that I found some at Walmart should indicate that I cannot afford designer options.

Along the same lines, have you ever been able to remove an embroidered logo without tearing up the shirt? I think this would be my last resort.
